A 2-day course that covers 20 Stretching Postures From Thai Massage and performs on the massage table for better ergonomics to the practitioner. These techniques are intended to stretch the fascia, tendons, ligaments and muscles at their best!
Assisted Stretching is within the scope of Massage Therapy, focusing on connective tissue stretching which is a very different form of muscle massage. Practicing Assisted Thai Stretching on The Massage Table versus the floor mat creates better ergonomics for the practitioner and is less labor intensive.
